The big news rolling out of King’s Hill HQ is we have been nominated as a finalist at the Scottish Gin Awards 2019!
We are rocking up to the finals in TWO categories, Best Newcomer and London Dry Gin of the Year. This is a great honour for us small fry here at King’s Hill. Standing shoulder to shoulder with some of the great gins of Scotland and holding our own. I am immensely proud and humbled by what we have achieved so far from our crack little squad. We forage, distill and bottle entirely by hand with a small team of volunteers who are driven on by the desire to deliver incredible, hand crafted spirits.
The next job for me is to dust off my kilt and look out the old ‘fat strap’ extensions so I can squeeze into it, I have had 9 years of contentment since I was fitted for my kilt. Super excited for the awards ceremony in Glasgow on the 10th October. Keep an eye out for us and fingers crossed we bag a winner.
