Special Delivery at King’s Hill Hot HQ!

A few days back, on arguably the hottest, sweatiest day of the year so far, we received a very exciting delivery indeed. The delivery marks a new chapter for us at King’s Hill Gin. It was a bittersweet moment as we had to make space for 19 big old heavy pallets in our wee distillery. This involved packing away our beloved ping pong table, hammerschlagen and re-position the mighty shuffleboard which outs it out of action for the time being. We managed to manoeuvre all the pallets in there…..all those hours on Tetris have not gone to waste.

This is a necessary evil in order to make way for our new project. The savvy ginthusiasts out there will probably already be able to guess what is contained within said pallets, all I can tell you just now is they are extremely sexy, I for one can not wait to get them un-wrapped.

We still have a little work to do here before we can share it with you loyal fans I’m afraid, a little photography, planning and organisation is ongoing in the back ground. I liken it to a swan gliding along in the loch, graceful and elegant yet kicking like fury underneath.

I have gone into this new chapter, fully committed and headfirst as always. I really feel there is no other way to go into business you really believe in. As a result, I have had to sell my boyhood dream car, my Ford Mustang GT! I have to admit it broke my heart watching an imposter driving it away, the poor old girl. I have the memories and will hopefully look to salvage it back one day in the not so distant future.

I am very excited to let the cat out the bag here, I better stop before I let something slip! Slainte Mhath my gin friends.
