No matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.
There is finally a shimmer of light at the end of the COVID tunnel, at long last there is a glimmer of normality, new normal. As the summer approaches and the better weather beckons, we must take time to reflect on the carnage that has been wreaked across the planet. As the restrictions here in Scotland begin to ease, we watch on in horror at the devastation happening to our fellow human beings in India. We must stay vigilant as the new normal approaches.
Please support your local bars, restaurants and hotels as they begin to open in a safe and considerate manner. They are just excited to open as you are to get in there! I’ll see you in there for a Gin & Tonic very shortly.
