This little beauty has been flying off the stand at recent festivals, proving to be a very popular tipple in anticipation for the coming summer (if it ever arrives!).
We have tested the recipe extensively, a tough part of the job for a distiller but it has to be done purely for quality control of course and it works just great on the rocks. Mrs King’s Hill devised her own method which is twist on a classic cocktail…Scottish Rhubarb & Amaretto Bellini. Add one part Rhubarb & Amaretto Liqueur to the bottom of a Champagne flute followed by two parts Prosecco, which turns out to be delightful too. You have to give it a whirl!
The cute 200ml bottle will be available on our website very soon. We also plan to launch a 500ml version very soon once the labels eventually arrive!
